Robotics

Watch this video as many times as you need.  Answer the following questions in you EDN.

EDN Set-Up:

  1. Save two blank sides of paper in your EDN after the Dinobot Challenge.
  2. Write FLL Trash Trek Challenge on the top of the next page.
  3. Under FLL Trash Trek Challenge, write "What's the Problem?"
  4. Answer the questions BELOW under "What's the Problem?" in your EDN.

What's the Problem?  (Answer the following in full sentences.  Since the questions will not be directly above your answers, make sure you RSQ in your response.)
  1. Describe the theme of the tasks.
  2. Summarize what your robot must DO for this challenge. (You do not need to be specific for each task, give a general statement here.)
  3. Which task do you believe will be the most difficult to complete? Why?
  4. Which task do you believe will be the easiest to complete?  Why?
  5. What can you add to your robot (given the pieces in your kit and expansion pack) to complete the tasks.
  6. What do you suggest as a plan for your group to complete this task?  (To clarify:   We are not looking for "our plan is to complete all tasks very quickly".  Be more specific.  What is your plan of attack.  How will work be divided?  In what order should you complete the tasks?  Where should your focus be first, second, third... How should you prioritize the work for this challenge?  etc...  When you meet with your group, what do you believe should be your action plan?)
